Shipping Policy

Due to COVID-19 precautions, we are taking care to have contactless curbside pickup available.  In order to take advantage of the free curbside pickup, make sure to select "CURBSIDE PICK-UP ONLY" when checking out. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, and you can then pick up your purchase during our normal business hours.  Our hours are 10 A.M. until 5 P.M., Monday through Saturday.  (We are closed on Sundays.)  When you arrive, pop your trunk and call the store at (828) 254-5432.  Please bring your I.D. with you in case we need to verify your purchase.  Then we will load your items directly into your vehicle!

We typically ship via USPS with calculated shipping.  Shipping charges are calculated by weight and size of the item(s) purchased.  Heavier packages (over 6 pounds) may ship via UPS.  Large orders may be split into multiple packages.

To determine the shipping cost for your item(s) simply add them to your cart.  Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed prior to payment.  You can add or remove item(s) in your cart at anytime before payment.

We offer domestic shipping only - we do not ship internationally.

We will do our best to ship your order within 24-48 hours of receipt, with the exception of some holidays.  Orders placed after business hours will be packaged the next day and dropped off at the post office the following morning.  Actual delivery times are subject to the United States Postal Service interruptions of business.
