Return Policy

Clothing & Shoes

We offer a two (2) day return or exchange on clothing & shoes from the date of delivery.  Items that have reached their 75% off clearance price are excluded from all returns and exchanges.  In order to return or exchange, the customer must have the original Children's Trading Post tag(s) attached to the item(s) and include the purchase receipt.  Customer is responsible for paying return shipping.  Free in-store or curb-side returns or exchanges are available.  Please call (828) 254-5432 with any questions.

Toys & Equipment

There are no returns or exchanges on consignment toys or equipment.  We take great care in checking all of the merchandise taken on consignment.  If there is a defective item or an oversight, please call us at (828) 254-5432 within two (2) days from the date of delivery, and we will be happy to correct any oversight and come to a resolution.

New Merchandise

Ergobaby Carriers, Melissa & Doug items.

We offer a two (2) day return or exchange on the new/retail merchandise that we carry.  Item(s) must be returned in the same condition that they were purchased and with original packaging.  Customer is responsible for paying return shipping.  Free in-store or curb-side returns or exchanges are available.
